Food was served HOT! That was definitely a plus for me. Customer service wasn't the best. The young man that waited on me acted as though I was a bother to him. No greeting. When I said hello, how are you? He finally said, how can I help you? No one smiles here!! No name tags, not great service but the food was fresh and hot and fast. For that, I'll give them 3 stars!! Work on the customer service and this place would rock!!

My food was very good the fish was fired just as i order it was worth the wait

When we(my daughter and myself) were ordering i was ignored by 5 people. Her tenders (27.00 worth) were soggy and cold. Not worth the money, or time.

I got food to go. The food was fine but the soda machine must have been out. I got home and took a drink and it was awful.

Worst bathroom I've seen in a while. Urine all over the place and a nice little GoJo hand soap dispenser that looked like it has been empty for a month.

Been coming to this location since it opened. So many changes around DFW, but this place still has that New feel. Many Chicken Express may serve as good food, but look old. The staff is friendly, helpful!Great location!Love it!!!

We picked up Chichen Strips & a whole lot of mashed potatoes & gravey & rolls at my Son's request & took dinner over to his house & had dinner with our granddaughter and her Mom & Dad. That was their special request for dinner & they only wanted Chicken Stip, gravy, rolls, & Drinks. I told them they needed salad, & a couple of veggies but they just wanted what they wanted so we fixed them up.💋🍀

This chicken-e is under new ownership and is greatly improved since our last visit. The food is hot when served and freshly made and the service is fast and efficient. We were happily impressed and pleased. We will definitely be return customers.

Pretty good chicken shack. They actually sell chicken tenders, chicken pieces, chicken gizzards, liver, etc. The whole shebang! Regular selection of sides and whatnots. I personally prefer some of the other chicken places based on flavoring of the batter but it's certainly worth a try.

Quick service. Didn't mind cutting my coupon out of a magazine for me. Ordered a 4pc meal, they gave me 6pc which really made my day.

Nice Fast Hot

Everything I got was soggy. Fried chicken was not crispy. Outside coasting was chewy and food was not hot. Okra was soggy.

Just had the pleasure of hearing the manager yell at a worker! She told her " stop trying to be the manager, I am" now I get to see all the other workers apologize for asking to cook more chicken saying "sorry, I am not trying to tell you what to do." Goodness, I know why they are all so pissy, the manager, Theresa! Maybe a reevaluation of management would be a great idea the young lady being yelled out seemed to hold her cool. Might need a roles switch! The manager tossed a box across the back and yelled they were out of honey mustard, no more honey mustard for anyone!

Ordered 3 piece and paid for same using drive way. When reached home and opened the box, found only 2 ☹️. There was no time to go back and inform them.

Good fried chicken and friendly staff, however the dine in customers tend to be overshadowed by the drive thru customer demands. The food is hot and cook well however the dining room isn't always kept up with clean tables.

Come here often for myself and staff, always pleasant service & usually quick. No complaints :)

Just don't call it "Express". I already have to wait too long, but I still go back. Good chicken. Good side dishes.

The chicken was kind of chewy, but the root beer was amazing and we got a free cake that tasted amazing!

Made me fresh fried okra and I ended up with extra tenders. Good tea. Very nice and friendly associates.

Typically this is a decent place, but this time the customer service was absolutely horrendous and I most likely will not be returning...

Worst ever waited 10 minutes which is normal when I get gizzards problem is they were old and cold on the outside and middle the gravy was water and the tenders were cold I’ll be taking the gravy and gizzards to the manager tomorrow morning

I ordered my food then my dad and uncle ordered. I do not like the customer service. Very rude and seems to really not like his job there. Honestly if you are a snobby person that only knows one English language and feel retarded to act like a child towards your customers... you should feel welcomed. Also if you come to this location you also NEED to know what you're ordering ahead of time bc the tall guy with short hair hates his job and thinks his customers to be unfortunate to go eat at this locationDont bother asking for a manager bc he will just look at you like your an idiot, I suppose he is a manager. He didnt even understand "coke". Seriously?? Its a fountain drink AKA Coca Cola

My chicken was room temperature and chewy. Theres a ton of food sitting under heat lamps even when they weren't busy. My gravy was hotter than my chicken. Disappointing

Food was fine, but got attitude from a cashier when I asked for sauce after getting my food. I haven't been charged for sauce at any other chicken express but she told me to remember to order it next time, after she gave me the sauce because she was too lazy to run another card transaction. Drive elsewhere for your chicken express

Very nice employees and good service but food wasn’t what I expected hot wings were frozen and already seasoned no actual sauce on them, fries were gooey, and pickles were cold. Just visiting area and expected some good chicken should’ve went to sonic next door!

Im only giving it a one star because yes the food was amazing. But the older lady who was up at the register was really rude to me i couldn't understand her. Because she was talking so quietly. And then she started being rude to me and my fiance. She didnt even give us our reciept either. Mega rude. And then she was super nice to lady behind us because i guess she knew her. Get a new person on register. Everyone else was nice.

Worst dried out chicken and ruined our dinner. Not the first time from this location BUT WILL BE THE LAST!!! I EVEN ASK THEM TO MAKE SURE IT WAS FRESH BUT THAT MUST HAVE BEEN CODE FOR GIVE THIS PERSON THE STUFF FROM YESTETDAY. IT WAS 5:30 .You would think they would have nothing better to do than to have fresh food at diner time. I cant even feed this to the dog!!! YOU NEED TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS. PEOPLE YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED...

Chicken eas really good and crunchy

The BEST Fried Chicken I have ever eaten!!I don't make the mess at home and why would I when they do it Best. See for yourself. And..they have cream gravy, not Roast Beef Brown Gravy, on their mashed potatoes. All their sides are good and if you like chicken livers...the BEST!

We had stopped going to this establishment due to the sub standard food and the staff did a terrible job of servicing the customer. This Chicken Express has drastically improved over previous owners. Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken as well as the sides. Everything was fresh, not over/undercooked and the staff could not have been more helpful and enthusiastic. What a change! Great experience!

I am a Chicken E fan and wanted to rate this high - but I can't. Clean, prompt, and pretty good chicken. The experience is what takes an ok place to good or even great - mine wasn't good. From ordering to just watching how everyone was working/talking to one another - disappointed. Ever feel like you aren't wanted at a location...pretty much the feel here. Air pods in ears, eating in the back, the ordering experience - I'll never forget the guy's way of taking our order. I'd give it a 2 star, but I'm too much of a fan of Chicken E. Wish it was better!

Best fried chicken in a box. It may be a heart attack waiting to happen but you will enjoy it before you get there
